1.Information we may collect about you, including Cookies
Information you give to us: When you contact us by telephone, e-mail, post or in person. This includes information you provide when you complete a supplier questionnaire, sign up to our regular newsletters, apply for a job at Robson Group either directly or via a third party, submitting an Airport Pass Application Form or Tender Form. The information you provide would be dependent on the reason for contacting us but this data may include your name, job title, address, date of birth, national insurance number, e-mail address, telephone number, five year employment history.
Information we receive from other sources: We work closely as an organisation with other organisations, including customers, contractors and suppliers, and we may receive your personal information through them if this is relevant for a contract or a job. The type of information we receive, mainly relating to Airport Pass Applications, may include name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, national insurance number, competency information, five-year employment and address history.
Information we collect about you: Your details may be used for marketing analysis of our website traffic, Cookies may be collected when you visit our website. During your use of the website we may collect information about your computer for system administration, including where available, your IP address.
2.How we may use your personal information, including Cookies
Robson Group may use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide information or services requested by you.
- To alert you to company news, products, updated information and services from Robson Group
- To contact you regarding job applications
- To process an Site / Airport Pass on your behalf
3.Sharing your personal data
Internally, Robson Group restrict personal data and only grant access to personal data to the people who need access to that data in order to carry out their role.
Externally, Robson Group may share personal data with third parties for specific purposes, set out in the sections above. It may from time to time share personal data with services provides, for example our IT provider who manage our IT infrastructure and systems. We will always ensure that the service providers are committed contractually to only use personal data in compliance with the instructions of Robson Group and under the data protection law.
4.Your rights
Under GDPR, individuals now have the right to be forgotten, the right to object and right to request data.
Right to be forgotten: You can request the deletion or removal of your personal data, including information processed online. If there is a legal basis for us processing your information or if this is under a contract we still have a valid reason to keep the data. For example if we are obliged by law to keep the information.
You can opt out of marketing information, the quickest way of doing this is to select the ‘unsubscribe’ links in our communications (however you can contact us to request this if you would prefer).
If we have processed your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time unless this conflicts with a legal basis on which we process this information.
Right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data where we rely on ‘legitimate interests’ as our legal basis for processing, however if our interest outweighs your objection we may be able to continue processing this data.
Right to request data: You have the right to find out what personal data is being held about you and a copy of this. Where the data is data that you have given to us, you have the right to receive your copy of it in an electronic format, and to provide copies of it to other people if required.

Robson Group will not retain your data longer than is necessary for processing purposes, unless there is a requirement for the data to be retained longer in order to comply with statutory obligations. The length of time in which data is retained will depend on the reason for processing and the nature of the data. Therefore, the retention period can differ for each purpose.
